A graduate in education, he has also trained in systematic consultancy and organisational development. Digitalisation means fundamental change. Having migrated from the Rhineland to Hamburg, he finds relaxation in nature – whether sailing on the Elbe and the Baltic, or motorcycling – and in live music and intense discussion.
