The Management Team
Working Together for Creative Freedom, Success, and Vision – With Our Management Team:
Dr. Arne Röhl
First a consultant, then a project manager, authorized officer and partner. Frank Kneschke learnt management consulting from the ground up and feels very much at home in his line of business. The logical consequence of the extensive experience he has gained is the consulting company of his own in which he practices his own ideas of good consulting. Those were the compulsory exercises; his freestyle has been to create an environment to which experienced and extremely good consultants gladly contribute their dedication and passion.
Frank Kneschke likes to spend his leisure time outdoors with his wife and his three children or with friends. A mathematician, he is also a keen musician with his own band.
As an Austrian he found it exciting to graduate with a Dipl. Ing. from the University of Leoben and a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from the Texas A&M University. After extensive career experience in offshore oil, he went on to study for an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He gained further international experience as an assistant to the CEO of Porsche AG, as a consultant with leading consulting companies in London and Düsseldorf and as Director of Corporate Development at UMICORE in Brussels. Surely the best of preconditions for developing the program and change management division at mgm, where he and his team have provided advice, management and help to get things done in international and major projects for over ten years.
Thomas Brugger is a friend of pragmatic solutions and enjoys cooking for and with his friends in his leisure time or heading for the countryside and mountain biking with his children.
Her credo: Consulting is dialogue. The humanities scholar (M.Sc., English language and literature, communication studies and advertising psychology) has gained over ten years of experience in communication projects at the BMW Group.
Change processes must be accompanied competently. It is a matter of heart for her to make the available energy productively usable in the project environment. With a deep understanding of the process of change, Ariane Hager develops effective and sustainable solutions.
The native of Niederbayern keeps to her strong Bavarian roots and lives in the north of Munich – with her husband and the two adult children. She likes to spend her spare time in the fresh air with family and friends.
Manager; Focal point: Strategic IT Management
Practical experience and a high strategic expertise should not stand in conflict with each other. The graduate physicist gained this belief throughout her various management positions in the industry. Due to her technological background combined with her experience in leading of large-scale international transformation projects, she sets her focus – visionary CIO advisory – on a solid fact-based foundation. Her goal, to guide companies through the digital transformation in a flexible and effective manner, means also to constantly ensure to have chosen the right direction.
Living in Munich, she loves spending her free time in the Alps with her husband and her children. It enables her to clear her head for new ideas and to set new impulses for her hobby, namely painting.
In addition to a degree and a doctorate in mathematics, Arne Röhl is a man of many talents: as a goldsmith, in genealogy and restoring antique furniture, to name but a few. Yet he set out from the University of Hamburg on an impressive career that took him from leading insurance companies to an international consulting group. He is also a qualified actuary (DAV).
True to his home town, he is a happy family man who enjoys spending his leisure time in peace and quietude with his wife and children on the outskirts of Hamburg.
A graduate in electrical engineering and business administration, Peter Schirmanski gained his comprehensive knowledge of IT strategy, system implementation, IT operation and outsourcing, process and organizational development in a variety of roles. As an international consultant and in senior line management his vision was always that IT must become a business enabler in the company. Pressure for change exerted by technologies, market requirements and costs call for an agile IT in which experts connect with visionaries and technologists understand the business.
His value system bears the hallmark of his family he lives with in Munich. Time spent with his two sons on the soccer pitch or with the family on nearby Chiemsee gives him the strength he needs to cope with a constant flow of fresh career challenges.
An economics graduate and project man through and through, he learnt important methods and approaches while still a student that enabled him to take his career forward as a project manager at well-known consulting companies. Since 2009 he has contributed his wealth of experience to complex strategic customer projects at mgm consulting partners GmbH.
A certified senior management consultant, he is an expert in risk management and governance and compliance in combination with IT management. He loves challenging problems and has focused on advising insurance companies. Clients appreciate the pragmatic approach he takes to the interface between specialized departments and IT.
He takes it easy by sailing, wind surfing, and deep-sea fishing. Or by doing jobs around the house and garden on the Western outskirts of Hamburg where he lives with his wife and adult children.
As an mgm consultant from the earliest days, the chemistry graduate from Aschaffenburg, project manager and former manager of a large consulting group’s Düsseldorf office is the creator and standard bearer of the Group’s shared vision: to create a harmonious team that offers strategic consulting for CIOs and places his “favorite” subject strategic IT management successfully on the market.
Versatility characterizes the former chemist. He has a passion for cooking, art, sport, literature and cinema. He is married, has a little daughter and, after career stages in Bayreuth, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, lives in St. Pauli, Hamburg, now.
Manager; Focal point: organizational development
Change is “people business”, ultimately it always depends on people…. This attitude has grown out of decades of consulting experience, in which he devoted himself primarily to the development processes of companies and people. The graduate educator has also completed training as a systemic consultant and organizational developer.
Digitisation means far-reaching changes. In complex situations, when it comes to the artistic orchestration of changes in structure, culture, control and leadership, he flourishes. His projects should be as culture-creating as possible, for which he skillfully mixes consulting and empowerment.
Immigrated from the Rhineland to Hamburg, Marcus Warnke finds his balance in nature – whether sailing on the Elbe and the Baltic Sea or motorcycling – as well as live music or intensive conversations.
