Measuring the degree to which objectives are achieved and the effect of change management represents for us an essential component in our change projects. We link the objectives of the project to the methods used and guarantee an appropriate cost-benefit ratio in the process.
- Set up evaluation workshops with the parties involved and stakeholders in order to receive a balanced stakeholder view of the effect of change management
- Build continuous feedback loops into the project
- Identify feedback groups
- Carry out stakeholder surveys in the form of online surveys (quantitative, qualitative), interviews based on a discussion guide or telephone surveys
- Measure KPIs (if reference values are available)
By evaluating the change measures, we can quickly communicate success, uncover any needs and thereby respond to the current situation with suitable measures.
