we work passionately for many well-known customers and industries.
We are experts in CIO advisory, organizational development and change management. Together, we enable IT, business and organization to realize the opportunities of digital transformation.

An office in the heart of the festival city. Enjoy culture, spend your free time, work where others go on vacation. Centrally located, easily accessible and just a three-minute walk from the Festspielhaus, Pferdeschwemme and Grünmarkt, the Salzburg office of "mgm'ies" is situated at the foot of Hohensalzburg Fortress. There are plenty of places to eat and shop just a few minutes' walk away. The small terrace in the green invites you to take a coffee break. Our office was founded on January 1, 2020, which is why we are still a small team that would like to grow.

Thomas Brugger
is managing director of the mgm consulting partners subsidiary in Salzburg and partner in the German parent company. After 23 years of professional experience in other European countries, including 15 years with mgm, he now enjoys working with mgm customers and colleagues from Salzburg. At the weekend, he likes to have barbecues with friends and colleagues and enjoys his free time SUPing on the nearby lakes, mountain biking and cross-training.

To get to know you better, we will arrange a 30-minute phone interview wih you.

3. First Interview

In the first interview, you will talk to consultants on a subject-related level.

4. Second Interview

In the second interview you will get to know a member from the management.

5. You made it!

We will contact you by phone and make you an offer.

Wecome on board!

For the initial period, we will provide you with a "mentor", who will guide you through the first steps in your new job.
